These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Karbala Connect mobile application and website at karbalaconnect.in, operated by Brolytics Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Karbala Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the Platform

Karbala Connect is a community platform dedicated to Islamic religious audio content for the Shia Muslim community. Content on this platform includes Noha (lamentations), Marsiya (elegies), Bayans (lectures), Majlis recordings, and Podcasts created by Reciters, Anjumans (religious groups), Ulema (scholars), and Maulanas. All in-app audio is streamed from files hosted on our own servers at karbalaconnect.in.

Users may listen to licensed religious content hosted and streamed through our platform for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Content Rights and Licensing

All content published on Karbala Connect is managed as follows:

All audio files are either sourced directly from the creators with their permission or uploaded by the creators themselves.
